A tennis club for everyone in the community

At Lombardstown Tennis Club, we welcome any new members regardless of their level of tennis. We proud ourselves to be a very active community club and strive to offer our members the best facilities which include our 2 resurfaced tennis courts and our brand new club house. We promote social tennis as well as internal and external competitions. This year, we are hosting the North Cork League and we encourage our eligible members to take part. We run tennis lessons for adults from beginners to more advanced and also for children from the age of 4 - 16.

Children lessons starting 31st March

Our next children's tennis lessons with our coach Jo O'Rourke will resume on Friday 31st March 2023 for 6 weeks. Make sure to register here as places are booking fast!

Valentine's Tournament 14 Feb @6-10pm

€5 entry fee and donations welcome. All proceeds will go to the charity The ray of Sunshine that a couple of our members are actively involved in. Thanking you for your support

Adults lessons starting 10th January

Our first set of adults' tennis lessons for 2023 with our coach Lucas Sadauskas will resume every Tuesday FULLY BOOKED! Next Session starting on Feb 21st 2023! PRE-BOOK NOW!

Social Play every Wednesday from 8pm

Rushbrooke TC came to visit us

On Saturday 8th October, we were delighted to welcome Rushbrook TC and had very enjoyable games and a lovely cup of tea afterwards.

New Defibrillator - AED

In the event of an emergency

1. Call 999 2. Ask for the Ambulance Service

3. State you wish to unlock the defibrillator cabinet and quote the name of the club

4. The Ambulance Service will quote the code to the caller

Visit from Minister Heather Humphreys

On Friday 29th April, Minister Heather Humphreys was showed the Clubs second court and new club house which was funded by Sports Capital and Leader Funding (Avondhu Blackwater Partnership / North Cork LCDC).

Spring Club Competition Feb 5 - Mar 29

Open to any members aged 16+. The double elimination format should guarantee each team two matches. €5 per entry. Make sure you register here before Sunday Feb 5th!

North Cork League Competition

Lombardstown Tennis Club hosted the North Cork league finals this year. Well done to all for very exciting and sporty games.

Free Munster Tennis Grading

This year, LTC will host the NC league. Our coach Lucas will run a grading session on 14th September at 8pm - Call Anne to pre-register on 086-319 8995
